Many of our products can be found in filters that serve the automotive, chemical, pharmaceutical, water purification, and food & beverage industries.

Our highly specialized, proprietary manufacturing equipment and production processes allow us to produce an expanded product to precise weight, dimensional tolerances, and mechanical properties, which is essential for meeting our customers’ exact performance requirements. With the capability to expand materials down to .001” (0.025mm) thickness, up to 60” (1.5 M) wide, and produce pore sizes down to 30 micron, our technical staff can work with you to develop the optimum design to improve flow rate, strength, and particle retention.

The MicroGrid® precision expanded metal foils can be used as primary filtration, separation, or membrane support and can be manufactured from a variety of metals including steel, stainless steel, titanium, copper, and aluminum.

The PolyGrid™ expanded polymers are manufactured utilizing ductile polymers including Teflon®, polypropylene, polyethylene, and nylons. These polymers are typically used for membrane support and separation in pleated filter cartridges.
